Degree students and Teacher education -students, please, notify of your decision to resign from Tampere University of Applied Sciences with this form. Fill in and send this electronic form.
You can consult a student counsellor or teacher tutor about other options before resigning. NB: If you were admitted to another higher education institution in the transfer application, please do not fill in this form. Your new higher education institution’s applicant services will inform TAMK of your transfer.

If you want to go on with your studies after resignation,
you should apply for a study place through a normal application procedure in general.
Resigned students may on certain conditions have their study entitlement back by decision of the dean of the faculty in question.
Please read more in Degree Regulations 17§.

Remember to cancel your study grant. Please note, that you need to pay the mandatory FSHS -fee if you have been present at least one day this semester.
